Gypsy was the S15 version of the S-10 Sport. They have the logos on the seats, door panels, and pen holders on the doors. 2 tone interior. 2 tone paint, alloy wheels, A/T A/C P/W, P/L, all exterior trim is blacked out.
That is about it.

That sounds like mine..Except no P/w or P/l...The dash had a brushed look to it but it was plastic..Thats why I covered up mine with real brushed aluminium panels..It had bucket seats with a tweed pattern that were black and grey with a maroon stripe down the middle, door panels were like this also..It also had a center console just like the jimmy's had..Anyone know how many of these Gypsy's were built in ''82 ??

It was just a model so I'm sure they were sold with different options each year.

I thought it was an off road package, like for 4x4's. I believe the rpo is ZM4, but i'm not sure about that. Every Gypsy I've seen, has been a 4x4, with 4.11 gears, steering stabilizer, some have leather accents in the seats and on the doors, and some say Gypsy on the seats.

mines a 92 and it has 2 tone paint, black trim around the lights and stuff, and automatic everything. but no indication that it is a gypsy package. so could the gypsy package be more than that?

Hello , I have a 1982 GMC s-15 gypsy pickup. With a v6 engine. The interior is made up of cloth bucket seats. The color scheme of the seats are black and gray or (silver if you would) with a red design running down the middle, that if you look closely spells "truck". My question is does anyone know where i can get the seats remade, or where the original seats were manufactured. I'm trying to restore it. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks, Scott
